Complete information on the 2023–24 India vs. South Africa series, including dates, locations, and teams

South Africa versus India Twenty-23 Internationals (T20Is) will kick off a three-format tour of South Africa in 2023–24.
Team India is preparing for their next assignment, a full-fledged series against South Africa, which starts on Sunday, 2023-24. This comes after a 4-1 victory over Australia in the recently ended Twenty20 International series. The trip to South Africa will feature all three forms, beginning with Twenty20 Internationals.
The management has put their concentrate on young guns in preparation for the Twenty20 World Cup, and Suryakumar will once again be managing a youthful squad with few experienced players available. Ravindra Jadeja, a premier all-rounder, will serve as his deputy. The only other players that were involved in the One-Day International World Cup—a tournament in which India finished as runners-up—are Shubman Gill, Shreyas Iyer, Ishan Kishan, and Mohammed Siraj.
The 50-over format, of which Suryakumar is not a part, will follow the Twenty20 Internationals. KL Instead of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, the white-ball format will feature Rahul as captain.

After the One-Day International World Cup, Kohli and Rohit will return for a two-match Test series that would end the tour. With the South African conditions expected to keep the game close, senior pacers Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami will also be back for the red-ball format.
